Coach’s Corner

it’s been fun coaching Sean again this year. As an undersized defenseman, Sean needs to get to pucks quicker by anticipating the play better and getting his feet moving. Sean can improve his weakside defense positioning and point shots. When Sean gets up in the play, it helps his gaps and become a part of the offense. Sean puts in effort in practice but can sometimes let mistakes effect his next play/shift. Everyone makes mistakes - it’s a part of the game. Learn and move on. Sean has had some strong performances and shown the ability to be a solid defender and puck mover.
