 Grady Sulkin

Player Evaluation

Strengths

  • Great Teammate

  • Compete Level

  • Post-post movement

  • Quick, solid skater

  • improved tracking of the puck (point shots)

Areas to Improve

  • Playing/setting up the puck

  • Composure. I know it’s frustrating when you get on a losing streak but it’s just part of the position and playing a team sport. I was very emotional too and probably was more demonstrative!

  • *please defer to coach Tony for the more technical aspects of the position but rebound control, tracking, angling are areas to continue to develop but I notice an improvement from last year.

Coach’s Comments

Grady is a leader on the team and he always brings intensity and focus to practices and games. So much so that after I ask a question to the team, I have to preface it with “anybody besides Grady!’. It is definitely a lot harder to score on him in practice and pucks don’t go through him too often. His tracking of the puck, especially, on point shots are noticeably improved. Obviously, for the more technical aspects of the position please ask Coach Tony. It’s been a pleasure coaching Grady and I have the utmost confidence when he is between the pipes!
