Evan has had several strong performances this year. His physicality and compete level are much improved from last year. Evan works extremely hard in practice and is fun to coach. He plays with a lot of passion and sometimes it can get the better of him (frustration on bench, checks from behind). Evan can be more consistent in the d-zone when he is supporting our defense in the corner and when the opponent is taking a point shot. He is doing a great job taking it to the net when the opportunity presents itself which has added to his more physical game this year. Evan has shown the ability to be a dominant force at both ends of the ice and a strong 2 way center.
